| 摘 要： | 掌握外语不仅要掌握关于外语的知识,重要是熟练运用外语的各种言语技能。外语的各种技能之间有着不同程度的依存关系,或相互影响,或相互补充,对一种技能的掌握有利于另一种技能的发展。从学习者的心理特点上看,掌握外语言语技能可以分为三个层级。提高外语教学质量的关键就在于如何有效地推动和加速三个掌握层级上的发展和变化,而加速三个掌握层级的发展变化的基本途径就是要培养学习者的基本外语能力。

| Abstract: | To master a language not only means to master its knowledge and information, but most important to exercise it's different diction skills. All diction skills of a foreign language depend on and influence one another. View from the psychological characters of learners, the mastery of diction skills can fall into three levels. This article is to illuminate the hinge of improving foreign language teaching is promoting the development and movement of those levels effectively, and the main approach is the training of the basic ability in foreign language. |
