| 摘 要： | ＂双师型＂教师队伍是高等职业教育的重要特色。高等职业教育要培养出面向生产、建设、管理、服务第一线需要的,下得去、留得住、用的上、实践技能强、具有良好职业道德的技术应用型人才,必须以＂双师型＂教师队伍为支撑。文章通过对高校教育师资队伍现状以及存在的问题进行分析,提出建设＂双师型＂教师队伍的重要性,并提出具体完善措施,以达到加速建设＂双师型＂这支人员精干、素质优良、结构合理、专兼结合、相对稳定的教师队伍的目的,促进高等职业教育的健康发展。

| Abstract: | ＂Double-qualified teacher＂ team is the important characteristic of higher vocational education.The higher vocational education needs to cultivate the strong skilled and technical application talented persons with good professional morality who face the forefront’s needs of producing,building,managing,serving,so all of them must base on the ＂doublequalified teacher＂.Through analyzing the current situation of the higher education teachers’ team and the existing problems, the paper brings forward the significance of construction ＂double-qualified teacher＂, and gives the concrete perfect measures to achieve the purpose which speed up to construct the ＂double-qualified teacher＂ team that has the capable, good quality, rational structure, reasonable structure, specialty and pluralism combined and relatively stable teaching team to boost the healthy development of higher vocational education. |
