| 摘 要： | 在简单回顾中国竞争情报发展情况后,分别以经济情报的目的、推进方式和产业链为视角总结法国经济情报从国家到地区层面的发展经验,对照中国竞争情报的现状从多方面找出差距,并在此基础上提出构建国家竞争情报框架、以地区竞争情报为突破口、优化竞争情报发展环境和强化竞争情报教育培训等建议。

| Abstract: | The paper simply reviews the development of competitive intelligence in China. Then it summarizes the experience of French economic intelligence development from nation level to region level with the view on the aim of economic intelligence, the way to promote and its industrial chain. It also takes French economic intelligence as a benchmark to find the gap of Chinese competitive intelligence with French counterpart. Finally it gives the suggestions for Chinese competitive intelligence through learning French experience. |
