| 摘 要： | 近年来，全球外交领域出现了一些引人注目的现象：许多国家忙着建立伙伴关系，经济外交日趋突出，首脑会晤次数增加，热线电话彼伏此起。面对这种情况，我国也实施了全方位的、积极的伙伴外交战略，这不仅标志着我国与外部世界关系的发展已进入一个新阶段，而且非常有利于我国的和平崛起。

| Abstract: | In recent years, some remarkable phenomena have occurred in global diplomacy: many states are busy creating partnership with each other; economic diplomacy is increasingly prominent; summit meetings are becoming more frequent; and heads of states often communicate on hotlines. In context of this, China has also developed a full and positive diplomatic strategy of partnership which indicates that China's relationship with the outside has come on to a new stage and which is favorable to China's peaceful rise. |
