| 摘 要： | 在美国就英语地位问题的政治之争长期影响着美国的双语教育政策。可以说文化的融入与同化、追求统一语言是导致美国双语教育政策变化的主要原因。由此可以看出语言是一个政治问题，同时也表明语言是如何被看作一种权力的。
