| 摘 要： | 素质教育是我国当今教育改革与发展的主旋律,是学校体育教育的基本内容。体育教师作为推进素质教育的执行者,要确立“以人为本”、“健康第一”的教育思想,实施素质教育,才能提高学生的文化素质和身体素质,使学生能够在德、智、体方面得到全面发展。

| Abstract: | Quality education is the main melody of recent China's educational reforming and development, and is the basic content of college P.E teaching. Physical education teachers as performers of pushing forward quality education, should set up the thought of "human-centered","health first",and practice quality education. so that they could improve the student's culture quality thought quality and body quality,then the students can develop themselves from morality, intelligence and their bodies. |
