| 摘 要： | 1939年在党建史上占有特殊的地位。这一年，党中央为了巩固党而发布了一系列决定和指示并取得了丰硕的成果。与此同时，毛泽东、张闻天等中央领导人为加强党的建设开始了理论探索，取得了丰硕的成果，丰富和发展了毛泽东党建思想。1939年党建的理论与实践成果对当今我们构建社会主义和谐社会仍有重要的启示。
