酒店员工满意度模糊综合评价体系构建

摘    要:酒店经常出现"员工荒"的现象,酒店管理者在日常管理中须以"人本管理"思想来获得企业的持续发展。酒店业要获得持续发展,员工的满意度是一个越来越不容忽视的问题。在此背景下尝试用模糊综合评价法建立评价酒店员工满意度的模型,并结合实例说明该模型的应用。

Abstract:There often appears "staff shortage" in a hotel. The hotel management should carry out the idea of "People First" in order to achieve a sustained development in the daily management. Employee satisfaction is a problem not be ignored . The paper tries to establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system to solve the performance evaluation for hotel staffs.
