| 摘 要： | 风险投资公司和风险企业之间存在委托代理关系，风险投资家为了减少代理风险，必须对风险企业家的行为进行监督和激励。本文针对风险投资家对风险企业家的激励问题，进行了必要性分析，并提出了激励机制和模型，为风险投资家建立合理的支付契约提供依据。
