| 摘 要： | 运用高速摄影等方法对女子大学生运动员最后用力技术进行了分析 ,结果表明 ,女子大学生铅球运动员左侧支撑和蹬伸用力效果较好 ,为动量传递奠定基础 ;“鞭打”技术中用力顺序存在不足 ,有待完善。

| Abstract: | The delivery technique of the female shot putters in the university was analysed with high-speed photography in the article.The results showed that the effect of the left-side support and driving were better, it instituted foundation for momentum delivery. The deficts exsited in the sequence of the technique of swing of arm,so it need improvement. |
