| 摘 要： | 目前文科学报的整体质量不高，没有真正反映我国高校的综合研究实力，影响学报质量的因素坟要有四个：一、“内向性”原则是根本性因素；二、审稿制度缺乏或执行不力是重要因素；三、教务地执行“编排规范化”是新增因素。四、编辑素质较低是个人因素。
