| 普通高校非学历教育发展存在的问题及对策 |

| 摘 要： | 发展非学历教育,不断满足社会日益高涨的学习需求,为社会发展和经济建设培养大批合格的实用型人才,是普通高校适应社会经济发展最紧迫的任务。普通高校非学历教育发展中目前存在轻视非学历教育、培训模式缺乏创新、保障机制不够健全、教育质量不高、生源竞争激烈等主要问题,为此提出要更新非学历教育观念,完善非学历教育外部监督机制,健全非学历教育内部质量管理体系,建立校企、行业协会的合作平台,沟通学历证书与行业资格证书的相互衔接,打造非学历教育的特色品牌来解决所存在的问题。

| Abstract: | In order to adapt to social economic development,the most urgent task of the university is to develop non-academic education to continuously meet the increasing study demand,and to train qualified applied talents for social development and economic construction.There are main problems of the non-academic education development,such as underestimating non-academic education,lack of innovation on training mode,imperfection of guaranteeing system,poor education quality and intense freshmen recruitment competition.In order to solve these problems,we should update the perspective of non-academic education,improve the external monitoring mechanism of it,perfect the inner quality management system of it,and boost the cooperation among universities,enterprises and trade associations;link the academic degree certificate with the vocational qualification certificate,so as to create the unique brand of non-academic education. |
