| 摘 要： | 教育是社会文化的一种生命形式 ,推进学校教育发展与演进的最深层的动力是文化结构中居核心地位的价值观念 ,教育变革的关键是主体的文化自觉和社会文化的价值认同。相对独立的学校教育可以超越社会机体 ,成为社会文化进步的推动力量。开放、多元、民主、创新的社会文化环境为学校文化理念的发展拓展更大的空间。

| Abstract: | Education is a kind of life form of culture.Values which occupy the key status in the cultural structrue are the deepest power to advance the school educational development and gradual progress.The crux of the education reform is the subject's cultural consciousness and value approval of social culture.The relative independent school education can go beyond social organization and become a social cultural development's pioneer.Open,multivariate,democratic and creative social cultural environment will expand more space to the development of school cultural idea. |
