| 摘 要： | 通过回顾J．L．奥斯汀的言语行为理论的历史根源，来阐明其理论及其特点；其中主要涉及索绪尔的结构语言学观点，巴赫金反结构主义观点及其影响。奥斯汀的言语行为理论虽然克服了语言（langue）在特定社会语境中的束缚，使语言学得到进一步的发展，但仍然存在局限性而被塞尔（John R．Seade）进行了演化。

| Abstract: | The article, an effort to explore J.L.Austin's Speech Act Theory and its characteristic by reviewing its historical origin. It focuses on such issues as follows: Saussure's structural points on linguistics. It overcomes the bondage of langue in contexts so as to pave a way for the future linguistics study, yet it still cannot go beyond all the limitations. |
