| Abstract: | The key link in canoe technology is the movement of waist and shoulder. The result of waist whip- shaped elastic strength. The following essay is to analyze putting forth one's waist whip-shaped elastic strength in canoe from the four essential elements of mechanics, which is to make canoe athlete learn and pay attention to putting forth waist whip-shaped elastic strength technology so that so make canoe technology more reasonable and practical, putting potentiality into full use. |
