| 摘 要： | 不同利益群体在构建和谐社会中的作用是不同的。能否正确处理不同利益群体的关系,直接关系到社会的和谐与稳定。因此,要构建和谐社会,就必须正确处理不同利益群体的关系,进一步落实“三个代表”重要思想,加快生产力发展,深化制度变革,通过建立利益教育机制、引导机制、约束机制和保障机制、完善不同利益群体关系的协调机制,力争让所有的社会成员都能够在社会转型过程中得到实惠或利益,并且使这种利益伴随着社会的发展而不断增强或增加,以最终实现邓小平所倡导的共同富裕的社会目标。

| Abstract: | Summary: The different benefit community constructs in harmonious social in the construction the function is different.Whether or not can does the correct processing different benefit community's relations,directly relate the society the harmony and the stability.Therefore must construct constructs harmonious society,must correctly process the different benefit community the relations,further carries out "three represents" the important thought,speeds up the productivity development,the deepened system transforms,through the establishment benefit education mechanism,the guidance mechanism,the restraint mechanism and the safeguard mechanism,the consummation different benefit community relates coordinated mechanism,Argues vigorously lets all members of different social classes all be able to obtain the actual benefit or the benefit in the social transfer process,and this kind of benefit also must follow society's development but unceasingly strengthens or increase,by finally realizes Deng Xiaoping initiates together the wealthy social goal. |
