摘    要:体育教师是学校体育教学活动的直接实施者,担负着增强青少年体质、促进青少年身心健康的重要任务.体育教师的自我效能感是直接影响体肓教学效率的个体心理特征,是影响体育教学效果的教师因素中最直接、最具效力的因素.对中学体育教师个人一般自我效能感和一般教学效能感的因素进行了调查与分析.

Abstract:PE teachers' self-efficacy directly affects the individual psychological features of P.E. teaching efficiency which is the most effective and the most direct factors influencing the P.E. teaching effect. The paper analyses the general self-efficacy and individual self-efficacy of the middle school P.E. teachers.
