| 摘 要： | 当前择业观教育存在价值观教育和择业技术教育的关系问题。择业观教育中,价值观教育是新时期大学生择业观教育的核心内容,其中包括人生观教育、荣辱观教育、人才观教育、自我实现观教育等内容。择业技术教育只有建立在正确的价值观教育基础上,才能促使大学生真正形成正确的择业思想,并指导实践。本文对人生观、荣辱观、人才观、自我实现观教育的主要内容进行了价值论的反思。

| Abstract: | The relationship between value and technique of employment is important to employment education for the students in higher education.Value of employment is core to employment education.It lays a solid foundation for the training of technique of employment,and for cultivating a right attitude to employment,and for guiding the practice of seeking employment.Value of employment should involve philosophies about life,honour,disgrace,talent and self-realisation.The article also discusses in details the meaning and importance of teaching these values. |
