| 摘 要： | 学生心理健康教育是体育院校一项全新的任务，同时又是一项非常重要的工作。笔者结合游泳普修课教学实践，有针对性地开展学生心理健康教育，通过研究发现，游泳教学对体育院校学生的认知、情感、意志品质和学生人格有着明显的发展与提高。

| Abstract: | The mental education is a totally new and important task for P. E colleges. According to the experience of swimming teaching. We embark on mental health education courses typically to students. We found that students cognition, emotion, character of will and personality had greatly improved and developed during swimming courses. |
