| 摘 要： | 党校是领导干部加强党性锻炼的熔炉，承担着党的理论学习、研究、宣传的重要职能。但目前在党校的教育培训工作中，传统文化教育却没有得到应有的重视。因此，要从“转变思想观念，充分认识加强传统文化教育的重要意义”“加强师资队伍建设，提高传统文化教育的专业化水平”“创新教育培训模式，增强传统文化教育的实效性”等方面，充分发扬传统文化的魅力，用传统文化来提升各级领导干部的综合素质，为实现中国梦奠定坚实基础。

| Abstract: | The Party School is the melting pot of the Party spirit of leaders and cadres ,with the functions of the Party theory study,research,and propagandas.However,in the current education and training of the Party School ,tradi-tional cultural education has not been paid the attention it deserves .So,from“shift the thought and concept ,fully a-ware the significance of traditional cultural education enhancement ” “strengthen the teacher team construction ,im-prove the specialized level of traditional cultural education ” “innovate the training mode ,enhance the effectiveness of traditional cultural education”,we should full play the charm of traditional culture ,upgrade the comprehensive quality of leaders and cadres with traditional culture ,lay a solid base for the realization of the Chinese dream . |
