| 摘 要： | 对湖南省五所高校的大学生体质进行了测试和分析,从身体成分、形态、机能、素质等4类指标分析结果表明,大学生肥胖人数在迅速增长,且乡村大学生增长速度快于城市大学生;生长发育水平城乡差距缩小;呼吸机能水平的城乡差异加大;身体素质乡村优于城市;体质综合评价结果乡村优于城市。依据结果,反映出城乡生活水平差距逐渐在缩小,乡村生活观念在改变。

| Abstract: | According to 4 indexes of physical morphology,function,fitness and etc.,the article tested and analysed the physical conditions of students from five different universities in Hunan Province.The results indicates：the fat of college students are increasing quickly,especially suburban students increase more quickly than the urban;the range of differences in physical development level of college students between urban and suburban is little;respiratory differences of college students between urban and suburban are enlarging;in general,the physical fitness of suburban students is better than the urban,and suburban students are superior to urban on physical integrative assessment.All of the above suggeste that national economic policy had a positive effect on physical conditions of suburban students since the third congress of the 11th session. |
