| 摘 要： | "具体案件公正解决"是现代国际私法学界所追求的一个目标.本文通过研究指出这是现代冲突法的一项基本原则,但并非冲突法发展的一般趋势.实践中我们应将现代法律选择方法与传统冲突规则相结合,以求得个案最公正合理的解决.

| Abstract: | Just Resolution of Idiographic Cases is an aim that modem International Private Law researchers seek for. This article indicates that it is a basic principle of modem Conflict Law, but not a common trend. In practice, we should combine the modem methods of law choosing with the traditional conflict rules. Only in this way can we get hold of the justice in idiographic cases. |
