摘    要:血流限制训练可产生传统高强度、大负荷训练的效果,有效提高肌肉质量和肌肉力量的同时,显著提升机体机能和相关运动素质。其机制可能是,血流限制造成肌肉缺氧,导致代谢产物积累和细胞肿胀,引起单位募集和相关激素分泌增加,从而促进蛋白质的合成和卫星细胞的增殖。得益其经济性和实效性,血流限制训练已广泛应用于医疗、健身、航天和竞技领域。血流限制的材质有弹性和尼龙两种,宽度是上半身为8至10cm,下半身为10至14cm,应根据个体静息状态下的最大动脉闭塞压(AOP)来确定压力的大小,一般在40%至80%AOP范围内。限制血流训练将成为普通人群健身和专业运动员训练的重要方法之一。未来应对其作用机制、操作流程、材质器械、不同负荷、不同时间和不同人群的效果等方面进行更全面更深入的研究。

Abstract:Blood flow restriction training can produce the effects of traditional high-intensity,high-load training,effectively improve muscle mass and muscle strength,and significantly improve body function and related sports quality.The mechanism may be that the restriction of blood flow causes hypoxia in the muscles,leading to accumulation of metabolites and swelling of cells,causing increased recruitment of units and secretion of related hormones,thereby promoting protein synthesis and satellite cell proliferation.Thanks to its economy and effectiveness,blood flow restriction training has been widely used in medical,fitness,aerospace and athletics fields.The blood flow restriction materials are elastic and nylon.The width is 8 to 10 cm for the upper body and 10 to 14 cm for the lower body.The pressure should be determined according to the maximum arterial occlusion pressure(AOP)of the individual at rest.40%To 80%AOP.Restricting blood flow training will become one of the important methods for the general population fitness and professional athlete training.In the future,it should conduct more comprehensive and in-depth research on its mechanism of action,operating procedures,material equipment,effects of different loads,different times and different populations.
