| Abstract: | The article proposes to set up Home-tutoring Guide Service Center,which is responsible for College Guiding Committee for Educational Practice.Thus in the charge of the Home-tutoring Guide Service Center,the management pattern characterized by whole course supervision and service is put forward,which relies on local education administrative department as well as primary and middle schools and takes series systems and regulations as guarantee. |
