| Abstract: | The practice of self-study testing shows that such principles in public administration as principle of ruling according to the law,principle of stratification,principle of control and principle of motivation are all scientific and effective.In this sense,properly using theories of public administra- tion in the whole process of self-study testing will be very significant because they can help to pro- mote the development of self-study testing to a deeper and broader extent and strengthen its scientific administration as well. |
