| 摘 要： | 学生干部是高校校园活动中的积极组织者和主要参与者,是高校育人工作、校园文化建设的中坚力量。学生干部的素质和能力,直接关系到学校的人才培养质量。结合高职特色的人才培养模式及教学改革模式,科学地选拔、培养和使用学生干部,抓好学生干部的梯队建设,实现可持续发展。

| Abstract: | students cadres are the positive organizers and principal participants in the campas activities of high school,who are the vital strength of education work and construction of campas culture.Students cadres' quality and ability are directly relevant to the quality of talent cultiratation of the college,and in combination to the training modal of high school's special talent and teaching reform modal,select,train and use students cadres scientifically,and pay special attention to the construction of students cadres' echelon,then the continual development will be realized. |
