| 摘 要： | 后金融危机时期,我国重新提出了"探索科技创新举国体制",以期"全面推进国家创新体系建设".在这种背景下,对国家创新体系概念的提出和发展完善过程进行了回顾,并在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,构建了具有中国特色的战略群式国家创新体系.最后,从战略群的视角分析了我国国家创新体系的发展、演进,并提出了进一步完善我国国家创新体系的政策建议.
