| 摘 要： | 通过对管理科学发展内在逻辑和现状的研究发现,管理科学研究观点各异、派别林立,对一些基本问题还没有达成共识;学科体系日臻完善,中西方发展趋势存在一定差异;国际管理科学研究方法以实证为主,但我国管理科学研究存在思辨研究多、实证研究少,对管理哲学的研究有待深入等现状和不足.在此基础上提出了管理科学发展的未来趋势,包括强化对管理实践、管理哲学、重大社会问题、复杂性科学和组织行为学等方面的研究.
