| 摘 要： | 文章从介绍北京大学人事制度改革的情况引入《大学的逻辑》一书的产生背景,简要说明了该书作者关于大学治理的基本思想,利用高等教育学中有关高等学校基本社会职能的理论对其相关观点进行了评析。
