| 摘 要： | 研究了抗氧剂二硬脂基季戊四醇亚磷酸酯的三种合成方法，并以季戊四醇、三氯化磷和硬酯醇为原料合成了无酚或无酚官能团污染的抗氧剂二硬脂基季戊四醇亚磷酸酯。考察了反应温度、物料配比、氯化氢气体吸收剂选择等工艺条件对产物收率的影响。合成过程分两步反应完成，第一步采用分段升温方式控制反应温度，季戊四醇和三氯化磷反应生成中间体二氯代季戊四醇亚磷酸酯（DDS），不必提纯即可与硬酯醇进行下一步反应生成目标产物。该方法工艺简单，成本低，产品收率为94％，所用溶剂和氯化氢气体吸收剂可回收并循环使用。

| Abstract: | A process for the preparation of dialkylpentaerythritoldiphosphites which are not contaminated by the presence of phenol is discussed. The process utilizes pentaerythritol, phosphorus trichloride as starting materials to prepare dichloropentaerythritoldiphosphite（DDS） and then DDS reacts with stearic alcohol abtaining distearyl pen- taerythritoldiphosphite without puritation. The productivity of the process amounts to 94%. |
