| 摘 要： | 南宁市在中国—东盟合作取得重大进展的大背景下,提出了建设区域性国际城市的目标。社会发展水平是国际性区域城市建设中的重要目标,包括城市概况、生活质量、医疗教育、社会管理等方面的内容。南宁市与国内外区域性国际城市比较,社会发展水平总体上有一定的差距,城镇居民登记失业率和恩格尔系数较高,医疗卫生条件较差;但也有一些指标存在优势,如城市居民人均住房面积大,高等教育发展较好,社会管理秩序良好。

| Abstract: | Nanning sets up a goal of building itself into a regional national city under the background of the significant progress made in China-ASEAN co-operations.The social development level representing the key objective in the construction of the regional international cities includes city profiles,life quality,healthcare education and social management,etc.Comparison between Nanning and the regional international cities at home and abroad suggests there is certain difference between them in terms of overall social development level.In the case of Nanning,the urban unemployment rate and Engel's coefficient are on the high side,and the medical and health conditions are poor.But there are some indexes showing Nanning's advantages,such as the broad per capita housing space of urban residents,superb higher education development,and good social management order. |
