| 摘 要： | 麦金农指出的金融抑制成为阻碍发展中国家经济持续发展的重要因素,已被众多国家经济发展实践所证实。严重的金融抑制对温州经济带来两个方面的重要影响：一方面,直接连成技术升级、产业结构调整与产业结构升级所产生的金融需求得不到有效满足另一方面,带来温州经济发展形成的巨大规模储蓄所产生的金肫需求不能得到有效的满足。严重的金融抑制是“温州经济衰退”的重要因素之一。

| Abstract: | Mckinnon points out that financial restraint is the main factor that hinders the sustainable eco- nomic development of a country. It has been tested by economic developing practice of many countries. The intense financial restraint has brought about two important impacts to Wenzhou economy: on one hand, the financial requirement derived from technology upgrade, the adjustment and upgrade of industrial structure can not be effi- ciently met. On the other hand, the financial requirement derived from large scale of saving owing to Wenzhou economic development can not be efficiently met either. The financial restraint is one of the important causes of "Wenzhou economic recession". |
