| 摘 要： | 随着城市化进程的加速，目前我国外来务工人员已达1．2亿，使得“三农”问题演化成了“四农”问题，引起全社会的广泛关注。而开展外来务工人员教育培训是解决外来务工人员问题的重要途径。该校成人继续教育学院对开展外来务工人员教育培训做了积极的探索和实践，与政府、企业、社会等层面密切合作，得到了社会的广泛支持，探索出了适合我国社会的外来务工人员教育培训模式。

| Abstract: | Through practice,we have explored five education and training modes for immigrants.including Baoshan mode—market oriented skills certificate mode;Chuansha mode—market oriented degree education mode;Jiading mode—the training with cooperation between schools and enterprises;Pudong mode—government oriented skills training mode with cooperation among government,enterprises and schools;Malu mode—public humane education for immigrants.We have enlightenments from our practice and researches,and we are exploring immigrants education and training mode which is suitable to our society. |
