| 摘 要： | 农民养老问题已得到了党和政府的高度重视,新型农村社会养老保险制度已经启动,于是不少人士认为农民养老可以通过社会养老模式来解决。结合新型农村社会养老保险制度,从农民社会养老保险缴费能力的角度进行实证分析,认为我国应构建以社会养老为主,家庭养老、自我养老、社区集体养老和社会救助相结合的农村养老保障制度,根据农民的不同年龄、不同收入水平及经济发展水平的地区差异等因素选择不同的养老模式。

| Abstract: | Farmers pension problem has been attracted the attention of the the party and government and the new rural social pension insurance system has been launched,so many people think that old-age farmers can be resolved by the social security model.In this paper,by combining the new rural social pension insurance system,the social pension insurance contributions from the farmers ability,holds that family pension,old-aged people's self support,community and collective pension and social assistance should be advocated across the rural areas,and farmers of different ages,different income levels and different regions with different economic development level should adopt different pension models. |
