| Abstract: | Cross-border merger or acquisition with effective competition and good intentions are helpful to the nations economy, however, those with the intention of market monopoly should be prohibited. The Western governments have been carefully regulating these activities; their experiences should be helpful to the Chinese government for ensuring its economic security. |
