| 摘 要： | 与英国发达的成人高等教育相比，我国成人高等教育在经费来源、行政体制、队伍方面存在许多问题。借鉴英国成人高等教育的发展经验，我们应该在保障经费、实现权力下放、设置特色课程、提高培养层次以及加强师资培训等方面促进我国成人高等教育的发展。

| Abstract: | Compared with the adult education in developed countries, many problems exist in the source of fund, administrative system and teaching rank in our higher adult education. Enlightened by the experience of higher adult education in England, we should foster our development in the following aspects: ensuring funds, giving rights, establishing characteristic course, promoting the level and strengthening teachers' training etc. |
