| 摘 要： | 人的现代化是国家现代化的先决条件,作为中国最庞大的弱势群体队伍之一,农民工已经并将进一步成为我国产业工人的重要组成部分,这支劳动大军的现代化状况,直接关系到我国产业的现代化和竞争力,关系到整个国家的工业化、现代化水平。因此,研究进城农民工的现代化问题,不仅是农民工研究中的一个核心问题,而且对我国的城市化、现代化的实施也具有重要现实意义。

| Abstract: | It is believed that the modernization of the people is a prerequisite for the modernization of a country. As one of the largest under-privileged groups, China's migrant workers have acted and will continue to act as an essential component of the industrial force. The conditions of the labor force are directly related to the modernization and competitiveness of our industry, and even to the entire country's industrialization and modernization drive. Therefore, the study of the modernization of migrant workers is not only a core issue in the study of them, but also significant as far as China's urbanization and modernization is concerned. |
