| 摘 要： | 核心后卫是比赛中的灵魂队员,是全队实施战术配合的组织者、指挥者。核心后卫篮球意识水平的高低,对全队技战术水平发挥起着举足轻重的作用。核心后卫篮球意识的主要内容是什么?如何在训练、比赛中培养其运用技术能力,主动配合意识、良好的战术意识和提高心智能力,是培养核心后卫篮球意识的几个基本途径。

The following discusses the main ways: developing the active cooperation sense, excellent tactics sense and individual will power and wit. |
