| 摘 要： | 2020年脱贫攻坚目标实现之后,中国减贫目标将转向相对贫困问题的解决。社会工作的价值理念、专业理论基础和因人施策的专业方法在相对贫困问题解决中具有可行性。为推进社会工作介入反贫困实践,政府需要在制度建设、平台搭建和保证社会工作的独立性等方面加强配套建设。

| Abstract: | After the goal of poverty alleviation is achieved in 2020, China’s poverty reduction goal will shift to the solution of relative poverty. Social work values, professional theoretical foundations, and professional methods based on individual strategies are feasible in solving relative poverty problems. In order to promote social work intervention in anti-poverty practice, the government needs to strengthen supporting construction in terms of system building,platform building and ensuring the independence of social work. |
