摘    要:目的/意义]探究学术APP用户信息交互行为的影响因素,有助于增进其信息交互并实现学术APP高效运转,为促进学术APP可持续发展提供参考。方法/过程]首先结合学术APP特点分析学术APP信息交互行为的过程,然后通过半结构化访谈获取原始资料,以Straussian扎根理论方法为指导,通过开放式编码、主轴编码和选择式编码对学术APP用户信息交互行为影响因素进行归纳分析和关系梳理,分析各项主范畴对用户信息交互行为的内在关联和作用路径。结果/结论]用户信息交互行为受到收益认知、个体因素、平台载体、平台管理与制度规范、社区环境氛围和信息内容的共同影响,其中个体因素方面的个体特征和个体需求是最重要的影响因素;影响因素可进一步解析为用户、信息、平台和环境四个分析维度,根据研究结果向学术APP设计者、运营者和用户提出增进用户信息交互的针对性策略。

Abstract:Purpose/Significance]Exploring the influencing factors of the information interaction behavior of academic APP users will help to enhance their information interaction and realize the efficient operation of academic APP,and provide a reference for promoting the sustainable development of academic APP.Method/Process]First of all,this paper analyzed the process of academic APP information interaction behavior based on the characteristics of academic APP.Then,the original data was obtained through semi-structured interviews,guided by Straussian’s grounded theory method,through open coding,main axis coding,and selective coding,the influencing factors of academic APP user information interaction behavior were summarized and relationships were sorted out.This article analyzed the internal relevance and action path of various main categories to user information interaction behavior.Result/Conclusion]User information interaction behaviors are jointly affected by revenue cognition,individual factors,platform carriers,platform management and institutional norms,community environment and information content.The influencing factors can be further parsed into four analysis dimensions:User,information,platform and environment.Based on the research results,this paper proposes targeted strategies to enhance user information interaction to academic APP designers,operators and users.
