韩国人工智能战略的实施路径及发展前景研究

摘    要:目的/意义]作为引领新一轮科技革命、产业变革的战略性技术,发展人工智能是增强综合国力、提升国家竞争力以及保障国家安全的重中之重。考察韩国人工智能战略的背景、路径以及发展前景,为中国人工智能的发展提供借鉴和启示。方法/过程]采用层次分析法和文献分析法,从国内和国际两个层次分析了韩国人工智能战略的背景、实施路径以及发展前景。结果/结论]近年来,韩国人工智能发展势头迅猛。中国应充分借鉴其有益的经验做法,加快发展人工智能,让人工智能更好地服务国家、社会以及人民。

Abstract:Purpose/Significance]As a strategic technology leading a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,the development of artificial intelligence is the top priority for enhancing comprehensive national strength,promoting national competitiveness,and safeguarding national security.Investigating the background,path and development prospect of South Korea’s artificial intelligence strategy can provide reference and inspiration for the development of China’s artificial intelligence.Method/Process]Through analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and literature analysis,the background,path and development prospect of South Korea’s artificial intelligence strategy are summarized from both domestic and international levels.Result/Conclusion]In recent years,South Korea’s artificial intelligence has developed rapidly.China should fully learn from its useful experience and practices,accelerate the development of artificial intelligence,and make artificial intelligence better serve the country,society and people.
