| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、访谈等研究方法，对现阶段普通高校青年体育师资队伍的思想特征、成长规律、制约因素进行了调查与分析。研究结果表明，青年体育教师思想状况不容乐观。部分青年体育教师未树立终身从事体育工作的思想，缺乏责任感、使命感。思想观念、经济收入、环境条件是制约青年教师积极性的主要因素。

| Abstract: | The ideological characteristics, growth pattern, restrictionconditions of existing young teachers groups of physical education ininstitutes of higher learning are strdied by means of questionaire andpersonal interview. It is diseovered as a result that the situation isnot very bright. fome of the young teachers has not yet establishedtheir determination to devote all their lives to the physical educationunder-takings. What they lack is a sense of responsibility. In fact, exemplary teachers of PE grow up through lough steeling and self-challenging. It is also pointed out in this paper that realisticconditions are the prime hinderance. |
