| 摘 要： | 黄炎培在职业教育实践的过程中，提出了“手脑并用”的办学理念和“学与用’’和“供与求’’的职业能力养成与职业需要相适应的职业能力培养的思想。他对于职业能力培养的思考和实践，对当前职业教育的相关研究和实践具有现实的参考和借鉴价值。

| Abstract: | In his vocational education practice, Huang Yanpei puts forward school -running thinking of ＂Combinatorial Use of Hands and Brain＂, and educational idea of integrating vocational ability cultivation through ＂learning and use＂ and ＂supply and demand＂ with vocational ability training. His thoughts of and practice in vocational ability training have realistic referential value. |
