| 摘 要： | Zeugma是英语修辞中非常富有特色的一种辞格,它利用词语语义上的顺延形成一种奇妙的搭配方式,能产生强烈的语言感染力。在翻译中,对轭式搭配法的处理有两种方法:一是直译,即采用与其相类似的汉语辞格拈连;二是意译,有两种情况:一是得“意”忘“形”,只取其意;二是得“意”换“形”,即采用其它辞格译出。

| Abstract: | Zeugma is a figure of speech very characteristic in the English rhetoric. It forms a strange wayof collocation by the sequence of the meanings of the words, thus producing strong effects of the lan-guage. There are two ways of dealing with zeugma in translation. One is literal translation, which is tomake use of similar figures of speech in Chinese. The other is figurative translation, in which one way isto put its meaning into Chinese and the other way is to translate it in other figures of speech. |
