| 摘 要： | 全球化既给我国带来一定的发展机遇,也给我国带来严峻的挑战。要有效应对全球化的挑战,就必须切实加强党的建设。江泽民“三个代表”重要思想的提出,是时代发展的需要,是国际形势发展的需要。“三个代表”对于全球化背景下党的建设与中国的发展,具有重要的理论与实践意义。
