| 摘 要： | 产教融合和校企合作背景下,新建本科院校图书馆面临着新的挑战与机遇.新建本科院校图书馆应明确目标定位和职能特性,大胆改革创新,从四个方面推进图书馆服务转型:一是引入众包理念,构建图书馆新服务体系;二是依托校企合作,构建图书馆文献信息资源保障体系;三是引入嵌入式服务理念,构建图书馆行业馆员队伍;四是成立文献信息教研室,构建图书馆服务战略平台.
