| 摘 要： | 面对日益严峻的就业形势,越来越多的高职院校毕业生往往选择匆匆就业,随后频繁跳槽。文章通过毕业生就业数据调查,研究高职院校毕业生初期就业状况,分析毕业生频繁跳槽现象的主要原因,并指出该现象的不利影响,提出高职院校毕业生初期就业应对策略及措施。

Analysis and Study on the Employment Status of Graduates from Higher Vocational Colleges at the Beginning of Employment Period |

| Abstract: | Faced with the increasingly severe employment situation, more and more graduate students from higher vocational colleges tend to choose a job in a rush and then switch the job frequently at the beginning of employment period.Based on the study and research of employment data from investigation of some sample majors, the thesis makes an analysis of employment status at the beginning of employment period.The negative effect and the main reasons for the phenomenon of frequent job-switching are analyzed and concluded.Effective countermeasures for the graduates from higher vocational colleges at the very beginning of employment period are put forward. |
