| 摘 要： | 现代学徒制是一种基于工学结合的新型人才培养模式。为充分发挥现代学徒制在技术技能型人才培养中的积极作用,必须构建涵盖现代学徒制基本要素的激励评价机制,并借助评价的激励作用,完善学校内部的专业建设和质量保证评价体系,确保人才培养质量。

| Abstract: | Modern apprenticeship is a new talent training mode based on WIL.In order to effectively enhance its positive role in the process of training technical skills,we must build up the incentive evaluation mechanism covering the basic connotation of modern apprenticeship,and constantly improve the professional construction and quality assurance evaluation system and within the school by means of the incentive leverage of evaluation,so as to ensure the quality of talent cultivation. |
