| 摘 要： | 文化是旅游业的灵魂,文旅融合是旅游业发展的必然趋势。盐城历史悠久,文化资源丰富,有海盐文化、红色文化、生态文化、海洋文化以及传统历史文化等五种文化资源,是文旅融合发展的坚实基础。当前,盐城通过政策推动和项目推进,文旅融合有了一定发展,但存在层次不高、资金短缺、人才匮乏、文化产业滞后、融合方式创新不足等问题。盐城应通过加强顶层设计、挖掘文化资源内涵、拓宽融资渠道、大力培养人才、创新融合方式以及加大宣传推广力度等措施,促进文旅融合高质量发展。

| Abstract: | Culture is the soul of tourism and the integration of culture and tourism is the inevitable development trend of tourism industry.Yancheng has a long history and it is rich in cultural resources.There are five types of cultural resources in Yancheng,such as sea salt culture,red culture,ecological culture,marine culture and traditional history culture.Therefore,it is provided with solid foundation for the integration development of culture and tourism in Yancheng.Recently,great efforts have been made to the integration of culture and tourism in Yancheng through policy push and project promotion.But problems do exist with low level,shortage of funds,shortage of talents,cultural industry lagging behind,less innovation of the ways of integration,etc.There are some ways to achieve high quality development in the integration of culture and tourism in Yancheng,such as strengthening the top design,excavating the intension of cultural resources,extend financing channels,cultivating talents vigorously,innovating the ways of integration and expanding publicity and promotions,etc. |
