| 摘 要： | 隐喻的认知层面和文化层面的内容和特点越来越受到研究者的重视,隐喻的普遍性和创造性本质清晰地反映出隐喻的认知本质和文化根源。从某种意义上讲,隐喻折射出语言与思维、语言与文化的关系。作者认为,隐喻既是一种语言现象,也是一种文化现象,对隐喻的理解在很大程度上决定于对目的语文化的理解与把握。因此,外语教学中必须将文化教学提高到应有的地位。

| Abstract: | The article is an attempt to study the cultural and cognitive features of metaphor.The author thinks that metaphor is an integral part of the target language culture,thus the comprehension of metaphor to a large extent depends on the mastery of that culture.So it is very important to emphasize culture in English teaching and study. |
